Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3- 5 Days. Please note that personalized items will require additional processing time. If your order contains both personalized and non-personalized items, the non-personalized items will be shipped first.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders with no minimum purchase required. Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders and returns.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification from us or our courier partner via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. This notification will include a tracking number so you can monitor your package until it arrives.
Exchange
You can request a exchange under the same conditions as our refund policy. The new item will be shipped only after the original product is picked up or returned.
Empty Parcel or Missing Product
If you receive an empty parcel or a package with missing products, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery. A 360-degree unpacking video will be required for us to process your claim. If there is insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering, your claim may not be honored. The brand reserves the right to make the final decision.
